Friendly staff, mainly in the breakfast room and housekeeping service. Free parking inside the Hotel. Good value for money!
Front desk lady, not very polite or friendly. Wireless Internet conection too slow. The only lift available in the Hotel sometimes make strange noises before opening the floor door. Breakfast should have a wider selection of fruits and cheese.

We had a quiet room on the 3rd floor away from tourist. Breakfast was tasty.
The televisions need to be up dated...reseption was very bad. Did it have cable? There is no circlelation in the elevator.

The room was very clean. The staff was helpful. It was very close to where we needed to be. The hotel was located about 15 minutes walk from the center. The restaurant was located within 600 feet. Freeway close to everything we needed to do in Southern California. Rooms were clean. Free internet was a big deal to us as we travel with our computer and hate to pay for a 24 hour connection. This hotel offered free breakfast but get down there early or you have to wait for staff to restock! However, with the affordability of the room, breakfast wasn't that big of an issue, and we had a coffee pot in our room provided by the hotel.
